Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from South Africa.

Standard local delivery

  • Please allow for 3-5 business days after your order is confirmed for your item(s) to be processed and sent out for delivery/ shipped, upon which you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

International delivery

  • ­Please allow for 5-7 business days after your order is confirmed for your item(s) to be processed and sent out for delivery/ shipped, upon which you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout & are based on geographic location of delivery address.
  • Please note that international customs & taxes are not enforced or covered by SAKANYA.

 

During sales processing time can take an additional 2-3 business days. 

 

Pre-orders

Each pre-order item has its own predetermined shipping date, separate from the aforementioned. Please see each individual item for specific details.

 

To ensure no possible issues with your delivery make sure to double check you’ve provided an accurate delivery address.

Unfortunately we cannot provide replacements or refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address.
